Action in the Olmsted County District Court for death by wrongful act brought by Kathryn P. Larson, trustee for the heirs
of Merlyn W. Larson, who died when the truck which he was driving overturned at the intersection of two roads, one maintained
by defendant township of New Haven, Olmsted County, and the other by defendant township of Pine Island, Goodhue County. The
case was tried before John F. Cahill, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiff for $25,000 against the township
of Pine Island only. Said defendant appealed from an order denying its alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the
